These eleven are where we work regularly and where we know the housing well enough to quote confidently. If you are just outside one of them, it is still worth calling. Sometimes it works and sometimes the drive makes the price unreasonable, and we will tell you which one it is rather than quoting you a number designed to make you go away.
The same goes for the unincorporated pockets that do not sit neatly inside a city boundary. Emerald Hills is the obvious one, and it has a full page of its own for exactly that reason.
