How much production does a dirty array actually lose?
It depends entirely on how soiled it is and how your array is pitched, and any company quoting you a single confident percentage is guessing. What is reliable is the pattern: soiling builds through a dry season with no rain to clear it, and steeply pitched panels shed more of it on their own than shallow ones. Your inverter's own production history is the honest way to judge whether a cleaning made a difference on your roof.
Will cleaning void my panel warranty?
Check your own warranty document, because they differ. Most permit cleaning with water and a soft brush, and most exclude abrasives and pressure washing. Those are the methods we use and avoid respectively, but read your paperwork rather than taking our word for it.
Do you clean panels and windows on the same visit?
Yes, and it usually costs less than booking them separately, because most of what you are paying for on a small job is a crew being on site at all.
