This policy explains what Heavenly Window Cleaning does with the information you give us through this website. It is short because this site does very little with your data.

What we collect

The only information we collect directly is what you type into the quote or contact form: your name, phone number, email address, and optionally your city, street address, the service you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message field.

We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site, and there is no account to create.

Why we collect it

To reply to you about the work you have asked about, and to price and schedule that work. That is the whole purpose.

What we do not do with it

• We do not sell it.
• We do not rent, trade, or share it with other companies.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

We may share it where we are legally required to, for example in response to a lawful request from a government authority.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third party email delivery provider, and this site is hosted by a third party hosting provider. Those providers process your submission only to deliver it to us. We do not authorise them to use it for anything else.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own, and it does not run a third party advertising pixel. If analytics are added later to understand which pages are useful, this section will be updated to say so before that happens.

How long we keep it

Quote requests stay in our email for as long as we need them for the work and our own business records. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion.
