Interior and exterior glass
Both sides of every pane in the scope we agree on, hand detailed at the edges where squeegees leave lines.
Frames, sills, and tracks
Wiped out and vacuumed where needed. Grit left in a track is what wears a slider out early.
Screen cleaning
Available on request. Screens hold a surprising amount of dust, and a clean screen over clean glass is what actually changes how a room looks.
Water fed pole work
Upper stories reached from the ground with purified water where access or safety calls for it, so there is no ladder leaning on your gutter line.

How often should Peninsula windows be cleaned?
Twice a year suits most homes here. Once before the summer dry season and once after the winter rains is a common rhythm. Homes under heavy tree cover, near the Bay, or on a sprinkler line usually want three times a year, and homes that are shaded and sheltered can often stretch to once.
Do you clean the tracks and sills, or only the glass?
Tracks and sills are included. It is the part most often skipped and the part most people notice.
Do I need to be home?
For exterior only work, no, as long as we have gate access and the dogs are settled. Interior work needs someone to let us in and walk the finish with us at the end.
What causes the white spotting that will not wipe off?
Usually sprinkler overspray drying in direct sun, or salt carried in on the marine layer near the Bay, rather than the tap water itself. The regional supply is mostly soft Sierra snowmelt. Fresh spotting comes off with a normal clean. Spotting that has been baked on through repeated cycles has started to etch the glass and needs a separate restoration pass, which we will tell you about honestly rather than scrubbing at it on the clock.
