When is the right time of year for gutter cleaning here?
Late autumn, before the winter rains arrive in earnest, is the single most useful clean. Properties under redwood, oak, or eucalyptus generally need a second pass, because those drop through more of the year than the deciduous trees most gutter advice is written about.
Do you do anything about the debris on the roof itself?
We clear what is within safe reach around the gutter line. Full roof clearing, moss treatment, and anything requiring sustained time on a steep or fragile roof is a different job, and we will say so rather than improvising.
Can you tell me if my gutters need replacing?
We can show you what we saw and be straight with you about it. We are not a gutter installer, so there is nothing in it for us either way, which is rather the point.
